About the Role

Courage to Change Counseling is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. You will join a mission-driven team committed to promoting wellness and preventing mental health challenges for the people we serve.

What you’ll do

• Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth and, when needed, in person
• Use trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches
• Connect clients with community resources when appropriate
• Keep accurate, confidential clinical records

What you bring

• Active Oregon LCSW license in good standing
• Experience with trauma, family systems, and diverse populations
• Empathy, cultural humility, and sound clinical judgment
