About the Role

Courage to Change Counseling is a Southern Oregon practice built on the belief that problems are created and healed in relationships. We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who leads with acceptance, authenticity, and empathy to provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.

What you’ll do

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth and in person
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Draw on evidence-based approaches such as IFS, attachment-based therapy, and the Gottman Method
• Collaborate with a small, supportive clinical team
• Maintain ethical, HIPAA-compliant care

What you bring

• Active Oregon LMFT license in good standing
• Experience with trauma, couples, and family systems work
• Warmth, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative spirit
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
