About the Role

This is a supported opportunity for a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate to build clinical hours toward full licensure. Our owner is an OBLPCT and AAMFT approved supervisor candidate, so you will receive dedicated, high-quality supervision as you grow.

What you’ll do

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy under supervision
• Participate in regular individual and group clinical supervision
• Build competency in evidence-based, relationship-centered approaches
• Maintain ethical, timely documentation

What you bring

• Registered MFT Associate status with the State of Oregon (or eligible)
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow clinically
• Warmth and a genuine care for clients
