Common questions

Is this pastoral counseling?

No. This is licensed clinical therapy that makes room for spirituality. We can coordinate with clergy if you want that.

Do you take insurance?

We accept the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) and private pay. Reach out and we'll help you understand your options before you book.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Both. We offer secure telehealth across Oregon as well as in-person appointments.

How long will I be in therapy?

It depends on your goals. Some people come for a few focused sessions; others stay longer. We revisit the plan together as you progress.
