Common questions

Will I run into you professionally?

We take dual relationships seriously and will discuss boundaries in the first session, including referring out if needed.

Do you take insurance?

We accept the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) and private pay. Reach out and we'll help you understand your options before you book.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Both. We offer secure telehealth across Oregon as well as in-person appointments.

How long will I be in therapy?

It depends on your goals. Some people come for a few focused sessions; others stay longer. We revisit the plan together as you progress.
